Entries must be received by Sponsor's server by 11:59 pm ET on December 1,2008. Sponsor's server is the official clock for this promotion. Limit one entry per person.

4. DRAWING/PRIZE: A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor after Dececber 1,2008 from among all eligible entries received to award the following prize:

If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specified are winner's sole responsibility.
